Congratulations to Wisconsin Building Supply customer, Welhouse Construction Services of Kaukauna. The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) has named Welhouse Construction Services as the 2012 North Central Regional Contractor of the Year in the Residential Addition Under $100,000 category of its annual awards competition. Welhouse and other winners from the seven NARI regions are eligible for the NARI National Contractor of the Year Awards.

Welhouse Construction Services completed the addition to the Menasha home on Lake Winnebago in July 2011. The new gathering space continued the flow of the home that had previously ended at the kitchen.
“The homeowner wanted a seamless addition with craftsman-style trim and coffered ceilings, which allowed us to showcase our areas of expertise,” said owner Paul Welhouse. “The addition was the perfect improvement to this already beautiful home.”

Wisconsin Building Supply is proud to have assisted with the award-winning project by providing materials including wall, roof and floor framing, soffit, mill and trim pieces, and roof products.
Welhouse Construction Services won its regional award in the largest region of NARI, consisting of 1,903 business members from nine NARI Chapters: Greater Chicagoland, Quad Cities, Minnesota, Kansas City, Greater St. Louis, Greater Omaha, Madison, Milwaukee and the Fox Valley. A national impartial judging panel of experts within the remodeling industry and associated fields selected regional winners based on each entrant’s display of problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, degree of difficulty and entry presentation.
National winners will be announced at NARI’s Evening of Excellence on Saturday, April 21, 2012, near Dallas, Texas. We wish Welhouse Construction the best of luck!
